          The concept welfare politics - mostly interpreted and understood as describing matters of public administration relating to the system of political-economy and the welfare state - has a reference to the populist policies promoting health care and/or health services to employees. But it is only since the emergence of the pro-people political ideologies, such as democracy, socialism and communism, that the delivery of care for the well-being of people began to be conceived as a primary objective of the ruling agency. In contemporary neo-liberal globalization discourses, which is presently being perceived as nothing short of the vigorous revival of seventeenth century market liberalism, laissez faire capitalism, there is the hint of an apology to welfare......
